BREAD OF HEALING CLINIC

Their mission is to provide high quality medical care for people with chronic illnesses; similarly, with the goal of preventing and reducing medical complications. Services provided are dental exams, extractions, and restorative care. Also, they have a dedicated exam room for eye care.

Milwaukee, WI – Centro Legal offers free and low-cost legal services to help individuals and families navigate the legal system in times of crisis. Their attorneys serve people throughout the Milwaukee area. They also provide community outreach programs such as free classes and consultations that offer education for those facing legal challenges. Their legal staff attorneys also partner with local nonprofit agencies to hold law classes in English and Spanish. The courses cover family court processes, and local resources available.
CORE EL CENTRO
Milwaukee, WI –This organization was established in 2002 and was designed to provide natural healing and wellness services in Spanish and English. Core El Centro offers adults and children integrative healing services such as acupuncture, massage therapy, gardening and nutritional programs, and social change through community health advocacy. Additionally, spiritual companionship and other somatic healing treatments address all types of traumas, depression, and addiction.
GATHERING OF S.E. WISCONSIN
Milwaukee, WI – Since opening its doors in 1982, the Gathering of S.E. Wisconsin has been providing free lunch and dinner meals 51 weeks a year. This includes serving breakfast five days a week. In addition to cooking and serving meals, the Gathering seeks to respond to other needs of the community including medical, mental health, housing, and street supply distributions. The Gathering also collects donations of fresh fruit and vegetables from area farmers.
HOLTON STREET CLINIC

Having operated since 1983, Holton Street Clinic’s mission is to provide specialized healthcare to all populations with perceived or actual sexually-transmitted infections through testing, treatment, consultations,and follow-up aid in a respectful and confidential manner. Holton works to educate the community about prevention methods such as vaccines for Hepatitis A and B, as well as prep for HIV; furthermore, offering to test individuals for these infectious diseases at no cost to the individual.

Greenfield, WI – The mission of St. Ann Center is to be a global pioneer in the field of Intergenerational Care. Adult services include: specialized dementia care, personal hygiene care, and temporary overnight respite care which provides older adults and people with disabilities a chance to remain healthier and reside longer in their homes. Their children’s programs are offered for infants and toddlers, preschoolers, schoolchildren, and young adolescents.
