The Forest County Potawatomi Community, family and friends gathered at the Potawatomi Community Center in celebration of the annual Wisnëwéwen Feast/Banquet.

This year’s 7th Annual Walk for Recovery was held on May 17, 2024, and started at the Sokaogon Chippewa Community in Mole Lake, Wis., and ended in FCP Community in Crandon, Wis.

In honor of Chief Simon’s birthday, his story is shared annually on May 18 in remembrance of his legacy to the Forest County Potawatomi Community.

The Forest County Potawatomi (FCP) tribe held their 2nd Annual Round Dance on Feb. 23, 2024, at the Potawatomi Community Center.

Since 2005, the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council has selected a governing member to deliver the annual address as an opportunity for the people of Wisconsin to understand the issues faced in Native Nations and celebrate common values.

A bison workshop was held at the FCP community Jan. 19-28, 2024. The processing of this bison started at the Bodwéwadmi Ktëgan (Potawatomi Farm), where the bison was harvested.

According to FCP Community Health, Tribal Public Health Quality Forums have been organized and facilitated by tribal organizations for the past decade.
