Join Kim and Anike in the water to start your morning with a splash! Using moderate resistance this low-impact class focuses on range of motion and strengthening of joints and muscles.

This 1-hour class is an introduction to and celebration of Northern Woodland Style. Over 5 weeks we will explore the history, styles of dance, the songs, and why we dance. Students will gain a foundation and the confidence to venture off on their own.
