Thank you for your interest in Forest County Potawatomi Community’s (FCPC) sponsorship program. FCPC strives to support the community through sponsorship.

Types Of Events

FCPC sponsors a variety of events. Here are some examples of those events:Races, walk/runs, golf teams, boxing clubs, art or music events, sports tournaments, and class trips.

How To Apply

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis from January 1st to March 1st and September 1 to November 1st. To apply, complete the Sponsorship Application and attach the following:

  • Event fliers, brochures, race schedules, or other documentation that describes the event.
  • A completed W9 Tax Form. If the money is requested for a minor, a parent or guardian must complete the W9.
  • Budget or proposed expenses for race/event if applicable.

After The Event

All applicants that receive a sponsorship must submit the following information within 30 days of the completion of the event. Please use the Post Event Form to submit the required documents. Failure to submit the information may disqualify you from future sponsorships in the next fiscal year.

  • A “Thank You Letter” addressed to FCPC that states:
    • How the money helped further your goals.
    • What was the result of the sponsorship or donation.
  • Race results, if applicable.
  • Two photos from the event that includes the FCPC Logo.
  • Expenditures and receipts

At the end of the year, a banquet will be held for all sponsorship recipients. The details of the banquet will be sent out to recipients in advance.
