At the Forest County Potawatomi Health & Wellness Center's Rehabilitation Services Department your providers realize that complete and individual physical and speech therapy increases your chance of recovery. We will work together with other members of your health care team to provide coordinated services with a specific plan to suit your needs and goals. Your rehabilitation providers have the experience to treat your physical or communication problems no matter what your age.

Rehabilitation Department hours are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Friday. To schedule an appointment with any of our providers including physical therapy, speech therapy, or physiatry, please call your Rehabilitation Department at 715-478-4344.
