The Forest County Potawatomi Health & Wellness Center's Radiology Department provides several services to include:

With the only American College of Radiology Accreditation in Mammography and the only Mammography facility in Forest County, this allows women to have their screening Mammograms done on site and on a very flexible schedule. Services provided by the FC Potawatomi Health and Wellness Center’s Radiology Department require a written order by your provider to receive the service requested, with the exception of screening and baseline Mammography.

Mammogram services provided are for women who are not having any breast problems (lumps, discharge, dimpling of the breast, etc.) or who have had implants placed, or women who have a personal history of breast cancer. Women who have the above mentioned problems will need to see their provider first and the proper Mammogram service will be scheduled at the facility of their choice.

Radiology Department hours are 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
