Garby Gobert was born and raised in Argonne, WI. He graduated Crandon High School in 1971. He worked for the Soo Line Railroad before going back to school. Gary has residee in Rhinelander since 1986. His hobbies include photography, hunting, playing horseshoes, pool, snowmobiling and gardening. Gary is married and I has three daughters and two stepdaughters.

Julie Burt was born in Elmhurst, IL., and moved to Colby, WI in 1967. She graduated from Colby High School in 1983. She has been in the radiology field from 1983 to current. Julie currently serves as the Wisconsin Society of Radiologic Technologists President, and is completing courses at Kaplan University for Environmental Policy and Management. Julie has been working for FCP Health and Wellness Center since 2001, also serving as the H/WC Safety officer. Her hobbies include gardening, photography, and maintaining a national urban wildlife habitat. Julie is single and owns two cats.
