The Forest County Potawatomi Health & Wellness Center's laboratory is state-of-the-art and is able to run most in house provider and/or outside provider ordered tests on site. The Health & Wellness laboratory provides a comprehensive range of services. All general chemistries that your provider orders can be done at this lab, such as:
· Glucose
· Liver functions
· Kidney functions
· Cholesterol panels
· On-site blood counts for anemia
· Rapid strep tests
· Plus a variety of other labs, screening & panels

Even if your physician is located elsewhere, have your labs done locally and the results can be sent to your provider. Tests that are unable to be performed here are sent to a reference laboratory daily.  

Laboratory Department hours are 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
