The FCPID staff is headed by an insurance director with 25+ years of experience in claims and benefits administration. The Forest County Potawatomi Community Insurance Department, FCPID, is a third party administrator who is truly an expert in the Tribal benefit plans and Contract Health Service administration. The services and strategies we provide to our customers are the same services and strategies we use as a federally recognized Tribe to manage our own employee benefit plans and extend the buying power of our Contract Health Service funds.

Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment assistance will be at one of our easy to access sites including the Forest County Potawatomi Insurance, Health & Wellness Center, Elderly, Economic Support and Family Services.
Sign up Monday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. at any of the above locations.
Our team of Certified Application Counselors will be available to assist you in signing up in a health plan that is right for you.
