The Forest County Potawatomi Insurance Department (FCPID) is a Tribal owned and operated Third Party Administrator (TPA), located on the Forest County Potawatomi reservation in Crandon, WI. The FCPID staff is headed by an insurance director with 25+ years of experience in claims and benefits administration. The claims administration staff has an average of 8+ years experience in claims processing and benefits customer service.

The Forest County Potawatomi Community Insurance Department, FCPID, is a third party administrator who is truly an expert in the Tribal benefit plans and Contract Health Service administration. The services and strategies we provide to our customers are the same services and strategies we use as a federally recognized Tribe to manage our own employee benefit plans and extend the buying power of our Contract Health Service funds.
