About Us 

The Forest County Potawatomi Insurance Department (FCPID) is a
Tribal owned and operated Third Party Administrator, located on the
Forest County Potawatomi reservation in Crandon, WI. The FCPID
staff is headed by an insurance director with 25+ years of experience
in claims and benefits administration. The claims administration staff
has an average of 8+ years experience in claims processing and
benefits customer service.

 

 Tribal Nation Third Party Administrator

The FCPID is a tribal owned and operated third party administrator,
located on the Forest County Potawatomi reservation in Crandon, WI.
The FCPID has been providing administration services for over 5 years.
The FCPID staff is headed by an insurance director with 25+ years of
experience in claims and benefits administration. The balance of the
claims administration staff has an average of 8+ years experience in claims processing and benefits customer service. As a Tribal Nation, we are sensitive to the challenges of tribal governments to maximize health care dollars to serve the needs identified by the Tribal community. We are aware of the different funding sources used by Tribal Nations and can provide and administer plan designs that make the most efficient use of those funds. We pride ourselves on customer service and push all of our vendors to match our service value.

Mission Statement

The FCPID is dedicated to providing superior customer service and administration services to Tribal Nations. Our tribe's experiences with other benefit vendors has made us aware that the needs of unique and custom plan designs, levels of customer service and creativity needed to use all health care assets to the greatest benefit of the Tribal Nation are often times not met with mainstream claims administrators. As representatives of the Forest County Potawatomi Community, we are directed by our Tribe to provide all Tribal Nations the excellent and quality services we provide to our Tribal members and employees.

Potawatomi Cares
