The Language/Culture Program trains and certifies the apprentice to become a Potawatomi Language/Cultural teacher.

Language classes are held at the Stone Lake Head Start for the Blackwell-Wabeno-Carter areas.  Family nights with children are once a month and two field trips are scheduled every year for the family and children. The Language & Cultural Program collaborates with most of the programs in the Potawatomi organization.

Business Hours:

Not all departments conduct business during the same hours.

Departments located in the Executive Building, old Executive Building and old Tribal Hall operate 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

The Health & Wellness Center has varying schedules from department to department. Click on "Health" in the the red header above for more detailed information on hours.

For any other department not housed in the buildings mentioned above, click on "Depts." in the red header above for more information. If in doubt, please contact facility directly.
