are available to Forest County Potawatomi members and their families.
Some services are available to the public.
 

Community Health Department hours are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.To schedule an appointment, please call your Community Health Department at 715-478-4355.
Some services are now available at the Carter We Care Facility. Check listings in the Traveling
Times, or contact your Community Health Department for more information.
