We offer specialty areas which include: Family Practice, Women’s Health/OBGYN, Pediatric, Internal Medicine and Audiology services.  We also offer a wide variety of services which include diagnostic and treatment services, medication management, IV’s, casting, stitches, and EKG’s.

Dr. Karen Beimborn is the Medical Director, as well as a board certified family practice physician, at the Potawatomi Health & Wellness Center. She was a Family Practice Physician at Affinity Medical Group, Little Chute, WI, from 1990-1998, and at Affinity Medical Group in Clintonville, WI, from 1998 - 2004 where she was the Medical Director. Dr. Beimborn is married with 3 children.

 • American Board of Family Practice certification and  recertifications – 1990, 1996 and 2002.
 • Post Graduate: St. Luke’s Family Practice Residency Program – Milwaukee, WI. 1987-1990.

Dr. Frank Mraz is a family physician and had worked the last four years at the Eagle River Medical Group in Eagle River, Wisconsin. He sees patients of all ages. His birthplace is Chicago, Illinois where he still has family. Dr. Mraz attended medical school at the age of 41 at the University of Illinois at Chicago and did his residency at Hinsdale, Hospital in Hinsdale, Illinois. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Mraz was a practicing attorney in Chicago.

Professional or Personal Background:
Dr. Jackson is a board certified internal medicine physician who specializes in adult medicine. She has a special interest in geriatrics and women’s health. Dr. Jackson previously worked in an outpatient clinic in Wausau where she enjoyed working with veterans.

• Graduated medical school in 1987
• Completed residency at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI

Hobbies and Interests:

Dr. Jackson has always been interested in Native American culture, which she now finds herself honored to now be a part of. She is also interested in traditional medicine and learning about some non-traditional methods of healing. Dr. Jackson is an avid animal lover and currently has a flock of assorted exotic parrots, guinea pigs and her beloved border collie, Cassie. She currently resides in Hazelhurst, WI.
