Forest County Potawatomi Health & Wellness Center is ready to extend a hand to those who need assistance. We are here to make it easier for you to meet your health, financial or family needs. The Family Service Program is a community link program for everyone, regardless of age, material status or economic levels, and there is no charge for our assistance.
