Mission Statement
The Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission is a sovereign Tribal regulatory authority. The Gaming Commission regulates all gaming enterprises owned and operated by the Forest County Potawatomi Community. Self-regulation of gaming is essential for the protection of fair gaming, tribal resources, and the general safety and welfare of the public.
The Gaming Commission upholds the highest standards of gaming regulation through the Tribal Ordinance and systems of internal controls.
