The emotional, spiritual and financial support of the Potawatomi children and their care and safety is an important element of Potawatomi culture, tradition and custom. The children are the community’s future and parents have the moral and legal obligation to provide health, welfare and safety for their children. With this in mind, the Forest County Potawatomi Community – Tribal Child Support Agency (FCPC-TCSA) was established.
The FCPC-TCSA currently works child support and paternity cases in which the payer is an enrolled Tribal member.  We accept all child support applications but will refer cases for those outside of Tribal jurisdiction.  FCPC-TCSA processes all income withholding orders for Tribal employees, provides location services of parents and provides paternity testing in the Agency at a reduced fee.
Application forms are readily available for pick up in the office or can be mailed upon request.
