The diabetes program has a two-fold purpose:
• To assist Forest County Potawatomi tribal members in self-management of diabetes by providing education and support
• To identify Forest County Potawatomi tribal members at risk for developing diabetes

Diabetes education classes monthly group support luncheons, diabetes screening and outreach are a few of the many and varied program offerings.
